GROUP TRAINING

Step into the fray with a group of like-minded individuals, ready to put up the sweat, energy, and heart needed to take life by the horns. Our group classes will provide you with all the instructions you’d get in a personal training session but let you find your element amongst friends who will cheer you on and keep up the pace.
