GROUP FITNESS

These dynamic workouts focus on different energy systems to help improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular system. Different energy systems need to be trained in order to maximize the fat-burning effect.

PAIN MANAGEMENT

These dynamic workouts focus on different energy systems to help improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular system. Different energy systems need to be trained in order to maximize the fat-burning effect.

  • Performance One puts a huge emphasis on corrective exercise techniques to help decrease the risk of injury or pain.

  • Trainers will alter exercise selection based on the Individual’s limitations

  • Mobility work to help increase strength throughout the full ROM of any exercise

CLASSES INCLUDED

P1 STRENGTH

  • Training sessions focused on multi-joint exercises to maximize gains in muscle

  • Exercise volume designed to decrease body fat and improve muscle tone

  • Tempo selection is changed accordingly to help create new stimulus to the body and decrease the chance for plateau.

P1 SWEAT

  • Fast paced workouts designed to improve overall cardiovascular health

  • Higher repetition ranges and more TUT (time under tension) with shorter rest periods to increase hypertrophy

  • Volume focused on building Endurance with or without a resistive external load

P1 HIIT

  • High Intensity Interval Training.

  • Training sessions focused on High Intensity exercises and movements to help with the anaerobic energy system and increase strength and power

  • This method is used to burn more calories, burn more body fat, increase metabolism, and hold on to your hard earned muscle.
